Per Game Emulator Selection

1. Keyboard X long press on rom to get into per game options.
2. Advanced Emulator settings.
3. Change emulator from auto to dolphin
4. Default seems to be retroarch
5. Retrobat adds the following to gameslist.xml under specific game node
