PSX Emulators

There are retroarch based and standalone. The Retroarch based have advantages such as auto saves and common RGUI.

3. libretro: pcsx_rearmed

libretro: mednafen_psx_hw

In RGUI this shows up as beetle core. Seems to be the default. Using on other SOTN where I expanded view port. The mednafen_psx_hw core allows to load custom texture packs.

A fork of duckstation. Loads ppf path files. Using on SOTN with vertical expansion to apply ppf.

duckstation

Everybody says duckstation is the best for some reason. It's external so no RGUI or auto saves. Still for 3d will give it a try on silent hill if it can load custom textures.

libretro: pcsx_rearmed

Runs on really low end hard ware. On my Pi-zero runs great.
