RG552 SD Card

The RG552 has two SD Card Slots on the bottom.
  1. TF1/INT on the bottom left.
  2. TF2/EXT on the bottom right.

TF1/INT

  1. TF1/INT is used to boot Linux. When the SD card is removed the RG552 fresh boots off Internal Android 11.
  2. I think as long as no OS is on the card in slot 1 it will stool boot android.
  3. This means Slot1 SD Card won't be visible in Android. (Note from what I've read after you see android boot screen you can push it back in and have access. Still doesn't seem practical.) (Wondering if possible to set something in file to avoid this?)
  4. AmberElec Creates small FAT32 2GB partition for OS. Remaining space is games on exFat partition with remaining space.
  5. Still this games partition in TF1 will only be read if TF2 is empty. It does in fact work.

TF2/EXT

Use exFat to avoid file size limitations. Android can read exFat fine. Both Linux and Android can read from this Slot.

Sandisk Extreme

TODO Remove this: 1TB 3 - U3 (UHS Speed Class 3): Confirms the card never dips below 30 MB/s write speeds—ensuring seamless real-time video captu A2 - A2 (Application Performance Class 2): Optimizes the card for running apps directly from the storage. It ensures the card can handle minimum random read speeds of 4,000 IOPS and random write speeds of 2,000 IOPS, making it perfect for Android phones and handheld consoles. V30 - V30 (Video Speed Class 30): Guarantees a minimum sustained write speed of 30 MB/s. This is essential to avoid dropped frames or stuttering when recording 4K Ultra HD or Full HD video. Read Speeds: Up to 170 MB/s to 245 MB/s (depending on the specific model and card reader).Write Speeds: Up to 90 MB/s to 170 MB/s

.nomedia

The 1TB was working fine before I added ES-DE Downloaded Media. I have since learned android on start up tries to index all media on the card. To stop this for the curruent dir and all subdirs add a .nomedia file. I think this is even causing android to crash and reboot. With this overloaded 1tb media card android 11 is dying and rebooting. Gonna try to delete the ES-DE folder and see what happens.
