File Access

By default apps can't see anything in File Systems. Get into settings by swiping down twice from top of screen and clicking cog icon. Click Apps Click ... in upper right corner. Click Special Access Click All File Access Find your app. android apps can never see all folders likle Android/data,

Scoped Storage

To summarize you need to use windows usb to fully access files on android.
