Long Battery Life Mode

In the updated firmware notes there is mention of "Added FN+L Long Battery Life Mode". This mode seems to disable RGB and change Low latency mode to use higher latency and less battery. In VIA this appears under Custom commands as just Keyboard Power. In the JSON this appears as {"name": "KEYBOARD POWER", "title": "keyboard power", "shortName": "POWER_ON_OFF"}. This makes it sound like it's power on off. It's not power on off, it's low power mode. None of this is in the manual documentation as this was added afterwards.
