RGB30 es_systems.cfg

winscp sftp into rgb30
/etc/emulationstation
es_systems.cfg
we can see it's calling mame2003_plus_libretro hardcoded.
I would rather change this to mame2003 to get past samples errors and autosaves crashing etc.
plus probably needs different rom set, etc.

mame2003

I deleted plus_ and it kind of works. I get an error about save not working but who cares. Now audio works and I do not have to system reset everytime. An OS update might wipe what I did here though so keep in mind.

Arcade

While in ES, System Menu Arcade lets us pick cores this is how/why. Mame does not because it's hard coded above.
