Game updates are handled the same as PlayStation Network .PKGs. install using RPCS3's package installer found under File > Install Packages/Raps/Edats Note: Game updates must be the same region in order to work. Cross-mixing game regions may create irreversible damage to the game

rusty-psn

rusty-psn is an app that accepts game ids and downloads game update pkg files.
Placed under roms\ps3\GameUpdates.
Must be installed in ascending correct order.

Warning

Some game patches only work with version 1.0 so it's not always advisable to install updates. Red Dead Redemption recommends against it as performace is worse it says. I have not installed any. I read Dark Souls FPS pathc only works with 1.0
