Dolphin Retrobat

Retrobat changes default save locations for many things, making dolphin somewhat custom.

Paths

RetroBat\emulators\dolphin-emu\User\Config
Dolphin.ini has many path changes. gci file saves are re-routed to under Retrobat\saves\ instead of under the emulator folder.
