First must Dolphin.ini must have EnableCheats = True.
With Action Relay Codes we can enable wide screen.
There seems to be different versions of wide screen hacks.

Step By Step

Enable cheats in Dolphin by going to the bar at the top of the program and selecting the "Config" icon. From there, check the box labeled "Enable Cheats"
right click the game in your list and select "Properties". Go to the "AR Codes" tab and click "Add New Code".
Paste your code in the the box labeled "Code" (duh). Paste your ENTIRE code as is. No need to change anything.
Name your code whatever you want, it doesn't matter. Make sure the code shows up in the list with your designated name, and the box is checked.

This is the one I played with. Going into buildings shrunk screen back to 4:3< /br>

Wide Screen Hack V2

This one is supposed to work better when going into buildings? Still some say there can be clipping? Doesn't work for me. Stick with v1.
